Eggs Vs. Egg Whites

While a pretty big topic in food science class I do not believe many people realize what they are missing out on when they choose egg whites. If you need a diet in very low fat or cholesterol it may be the right choice. But if you are simply trying to lose weight sacrificing a few extra calories for the many extra vitamins in minerals can be worth it.
