What a fun list this is!
Many many calories we eat don’t come from the ‘food’ we eat but rather what we put on that food. (Well, and lots from drinks but that is too much for this one post.)
By making wise choices and adding small amounts of condiments, or by using healthier condiment options, those sneaky little calories and bad ingredients won’t make their way into our diets.
